Our work focuses on studying and increasing the capacity for innovation and performance of research and science organizations. Our main emphasis lies on the research and development of leadership in universities, as well as research and science organizations. The chair was established in May of 2011 and our goal is to conduct research as well as develop and evaluate evidence-based interventions in the area of research and science management.
