Dr. Kristin Knipfer ist seit 2012 an der Professur für Forschungs- und Wissenschaftsmanagement tätig. Sie verantwortet die Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung des Weiterbildungsprogramms der Professur und erarbeitet in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochschulleitung Konzepte zur Förderung der Führungs- und Managementkompetenzen von Mitarbeitenden der TUM. In ihrer Forschung befasst sich Frau Dr. Knipfer mit der Analyse und Optimierung von individuellen, kooperativen und organisationalen Wissens- und Lernprozessen und der Führungskräfteentwicklung in Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft. Außerdem engagiert sich Frau Dr. Knipfer als Dozentin im Weiterbildungsprogramm der Professur und für die Executive Education der TUM School of Management sowie als Trainerin im Bereich Wissenschaftsmanagement und Führung in Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft.
