Armin joined the TUM Chair of Research and Science Management as a Postdoc in September 2011. After he received his MS in Psychology and a BA in Philosophy, he obtained his doctoral degree in Psychology in 2010 at LFU Innsbruck. In 2011 he served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Organizational Dynamics Program at the University of Oklahoma. His research interests are primarily in the areas of leadership and behavioral ethics.
