Regina Dutz joined the team in 2017. She is working as a research associate and PhD candidate in the research project "FührMINT" (Success Factors for Women in Academic STEM Fields). Her main research interests are recruitment, personnel selection and leadership in academia.

Regina Dutz studied Management and Technology (B.Sc. and consecutive M.Sc.) at Technische Universität München with a focus on Marketing, Strategy & Leadership as well as Electrical Engineering & Information Technology.
